These are great for training and guiding small plants, and also for protecting more delicate plants against the wind. They are solid, seem to be weathering well, and this bundle is really priced well. Far cheaper than the similar bundle at the orange store.

I got these for extremely tall bearded lilies, they fell short, but still did its job. For the more tilted flowers I had to put 3 to hold it up. However, this package gave TONS of these sticks to use, and even if you use more than one you will have plenty. If you have tall flowers, think twice; short flowers....perfect!

I use this for my plants mainly for pothos to give support and it works perfectly. It comes with the ties you can use to tie your plants which is kind of useful. It can be used as a skewer too from what I can tell.

This is a nice-sized package of bamboo stakes. I like that these being bamboo are environmentally sustainable, and they will work perfectly to provide nice stability and support for plants. The bamboo sticks are shorter, which is just fine, however if you are needing more than the 18-inch length to support a plant, you make need to utilize two fastened one atop the other to get extra reach. That is not a problem at all, but it is something to simply be aware of!Each of the sticks seem entire durable, at least as durable as any bamboo stick of that size can be. The diameter is approximately the size of a typical pencil in diameter, perhaps a bit less thick. I have already got several plants that I am supporting with the stakes. I have some newly rooted begonias that I am propping up with these bamboo sticks. I do not want the plants to rely entirely upon the sticks, as that may allow the stems to become weakened, however since they are outside, I am concerned about wind, particularly since they are newly rooted, so I am allowing them to have approximately an inch of movement before they will feel the support of the stick supporting the plant. Putting a stick like this right up and against the plant may not allow any movement at all, and as a result and it may ultimately result in a weakening of the plant's main stem.These are a nice clean environmental solution for plant people. The sticks are clean and have no discernable lacquer or varnish or anything of the kind, so there is no danger of chemicals or anything like that getting into your plants. I feel that whether you are utilizing these for a craft project or for plants, they are an excellent item to have around, particularly if one is into plant propagation of any kind. I give these my full recommendation! An excellent item, particularly for gardeners and plant enthusiasts!
