These clippers were way too large & heavy for me to use. I could hardly pick them up, let alone body clip a horse with them. They are nice quality, so a large very strong person could easily use them.

The clipper arrived on time but there was oil all over the clipper and the inside of the case. The lid on the oil bottle was not screwed on tightly. The clipper is very loud and scaring the animal. It is very heavy duty - too heavy duty for my needs.

This clipper is a little loud but didn’t bother my horse at all. She has Cushing and very hairy that is not shedding quick enough. I kept using a cooling spray because they do get hot. It is a little heavy but what I needed for her.

I bought this for an extra clipper to my expensive Oster Cattle clippers. I'm impressed for the price...use for the entire show season and now just pulled it out and body clipped 20 goats for spring witb the original blades. The clipper is lighter and easier to use and adjust compared to my 3 Osters. Just need to find replacement blades

Used this on a suspected Cushings oldie pony. Third clippers I have used this year---the others just would not cut his wooly hair. This clipper powered right through and I was done in less than 10 mins a side. Which is AWESOME. It does not give you a show-ring cut, but if you are trying to manage something that needs clipping every 60 or 90 days, give these a try.

When I first plugged these in, they were very loud. Then I figured out the blade tension screw was set tight. After properly adjusting the tension they quieted down (I would have known this had I read the directions BEFORE turning them on, so my bad). They cut well, but be sure to oil and keep oiled and clean during use. I have a 24-year-old Appy with Cushing's and so his coat gets thick and long. These did a good job, but I had to pause periodically to clean the blade and reapply oil. Easy to do, and kept them from getting hot.

These clippers are SO loud I felt I had to wear hearing protection and they also heat up within 2 minutes of use. I mean burning hot and it takes at least 20 minutes to cool down.Honestly one of the worst purchases I’ve made in a long time. Save yourself and don’t buy these clippers!!
