As a beginner to pickleball, I was really excited to set up this practice net when it arrived. The tubing was fairly easy to connect, but the installation of the supporting hardware turned out to be frustrating. The instructions were missing key details, and some of the parts weren’t labeled correctly. One piece included had me puzzled—only after some online research did I realize the V-shaped clips were actually replacement parts for the clipping pins and not needed for the initial setup.Even after putting in my best effort, I was left with a few unidentifiable extra parts. I’m still unsure if they’re spares or if I missed something along the way.Once the net was finally up, I jumped right into practice. At first, the rebound felt too soft and didn’t meet my expectations. However, after some time adjusting and getting used to the pace, I found it workable. It’s definitely not a perfect net, but with patience and consistent practice, it’s still a fun way to train solo—especially for beginners like me.

So I must say that I am not an expert Pickleball player yet. I have taken a couple of classes to learn more about the game. However, with any sport or any new activity, you have to practice and try to figure out what you’re doing. Since Pickleball seems to be the rage everywhere like from gyms to cruises to all of these eateries that combine pickle ball with various activity….I wanted to learn how to do it. So while you cannot spend a lot of time out of your house in classes, the best way is to be able to practice at home. When I saw this practice net, I knew this would help me up my game. It comes in a quiet sizable net Once you put it together. The box that it shipped in is fairly small so you wonder how you’re going to have this once it gets put together. There’s two pieces where you can fold the top piece down for storage or even to use it in a solo game. When you put the piece up so that it’s sitting tall, you can practice and have the ball rebound back to you. I find that the net is bouncy enough if you’re not too far away to have the ball come back to you if you’ve ever tried to play pickle ball it is very difficult to try to get a lot of back-and-forth at first, when both of you do not know how to play very well. I like that this has two baskets where you can put your balls and your paddles for storage I like that you can collapse the feet as well so all in all I think that this will be very helpful in practicing Pickleball.

Smashing success! This was kind of a bear to put together at first. I ended up calling my neighbor to help me finish it. But once it was set up, it was great. Super solid and works better than I expected. We tried some light volleying and knocking the ball around it held up just fine. Right now I’ve got it in the garage, but I know it’ll work great on the patio too. I’m planning to use it during our 4th of July cookout, and I think everyone will love it.The blue color looks really nice, and it feels strong and sturdy. The net has two zones, which is actually really smart. The top part bounces the ball back for practice, and the bottom part catches the low shots. The line in the middle helps with aim and training. Great for working on your pickleball skills.I’ve just been using it for fun so far. Hey, funny thing. I left the garage open and a random squirrel got stuck in the garage and tried to escape and tried to run up the net and got stuck. The language from his mouth..just wow. I bet his mom didnt know he spoke like that. It was so funny, I went to grab my phone to take a picture, but he got away just as I got the camera positioned. It also folds down flat, which makes storing it super easy. You can slide it under a bed or stick it in a closet. Perfect for indoors or outdoors.
