I purchased these lightweight compartment clipboards to use for a research project. They held up very well (and I'm still using them), hold 12-15 pages/small packets, and their bright colors help to identify the control group very well. They got scratched up pretty easily, but overall, we're pleased with their performance. This was money well-spent.

We bought these for a long roadtrip with five kids. They were perfect for on the go activities. It fit a coloring book, a mini notebook, a pack of crayons and colored pencils. It kept everything all together and organized, instead of all over the floor! And the amount of binders we got for the price! It all worked out perfectly! Would definitely recommend this for anyone with kiddos who love crafts, and especially for road trips.
