My vehicle: 2007 Ford F 150 4.6L v8This intake manifold is not made correctly. The screw holes for the fuel injector rails are misaligned, causing the fuel injectors to sit crooked, causing the injectors to pop out of the fuel rail when driving. It already happened 3 times since I've installed this intake manifold. The plastic all around is cheap, warped, has plastic flakes along the edges that you need to shave down. The screw ports on the intake manifold are just plastic holes. On the Ford Intake manifold it has brass plates for the screw ports to bolt into. On this manifold, you literally need to use wood screws to drill into the plastic to hold down the Fuel Rails & the EGR Valve. These holes will surely strip after driving this for a couple months. The intake ports had plastic flakes on the edges that I needed to shave down. There's no instructions and they just give you a bag of wood screws and random spacers to use. I ended up using 2 spacers on the EGR Valve to Intake Manifold holes because the EGR Valve sits crooked too.I ended up with extra random spacers that I don't know if I need to use them or not.In order the fix the Fuel Rail popping off the injectors, I had to buy nickel sized washers from Home Depot to use as spacers between the Throttle-Body-Electrical-Plug-sided-fuel-rail & this intake-manifolds-screw-holes. So far this seems to have corrected the misalignment issue, we'll see.I will most likely return this intake manifold, as it is causing more issues.Buy a Ford Dealer intake manifold instead of this, trust me, this thing is cheap for a reason.
