This fit our Cub Cadet zero turn perfectly. It took maybe two minutes to install. I compared the material to the old original one and found it to be about the same, maybe a tiny bit thinner. The old one was just as rigid as this one. My husband rigs the chute with a cord so he can pull it up in tight spots and avoid damaging it. I think the quality is comparable to the original one and the price a little lower than other after market chutes.

This chute is a direct replacement for my Cub Cadet XT1, with a 46" deck. I trashed the original on a stone wall last year, and this one fit perfectly just like the original. It's a great quality chute, and I can't see any difference from the original part. It took minutes to install, and will last forever, as long as I steer AWAY from stone walls...lol. A great buy for arguably the most abused part on your riding mower !

This was a perfect fit. Instal took 2 minutes. It is made with high quality material. It was also packaged very well and even came with extra brackets and bolts, but what was on it fit mine perfectly. Highly recommend.

Wanted to replace the old chute on my 2016 Cub Cadet XT1 LT50. My old one has taken a beating was chewed up at the end but still useable. I just decided having a backup would be a good thing. This one fit perfect and was very easy to install with the bracket that came on it. Side by side with the old one they looked identical. You do get an extra set of brackets in case the fit is different than the one that comes on it. The material of the chute feels solid and durable. I will not know how it holds up to wear and tear until this summer is up. I mow around 3-4 acres around my home out of the 10 I have. So far I'm pleased with it but, will be keeping the old one for backup just in case it doesn't hold up. I will report later on towards the end of summer after more use.

This 631-05168C Discharge Chute Assembly for Cub Cadet Fabricated Decks fit our XT1 fine - a good, sturdy replacement that was easy to assemble (and came with the necessary hardware). It functions as expected, and we're pleased that it fit so well.

It was considerably more brittle than the original chute. It broke almost immediately on its first use. I had to switch back to the original even though it was 4 years old because it was less damaged than this new thing was in 30 minutes.
