Bought two when I noticed I had one go out on my Yamaha 15 for my duck boat. I keep both the male and female ends in a kit on the boat at all times. Took 5 minutes to cut the old one off and install the new part and it’s been holding up wonderfully.

I have an old Evenrude 70 that continues to work great, but all the old tanks rusted out on me. It was time to upgrade my tanks, but I could not find a tank that worked with Evenrude plugs that would fit in the space provided by my boat. So, I bought a pair of Mercury tanks that fit perfect and this plug. I snipped off the Evenrude plug from the hose headed to the outboard, and attached this one. Everything works great!
