This is a handy little device that makes it easier to guide the fabric. For some reason I thought this pack would come with 3 different sizes. They are all the same size with 2 different magnet types for each color. There is no need for 3 (much less 6) as only 1 will stick at time. Also the larger magnet grips well and does not slip. The little triple magnets slide around -- at least on my old Janome machine. If you are having a problem getting it to stick where you want it, hold it at an angle and bring it down like a lever. For the price I am happy, but if you want to save a buck or two and just get one of three packs, then you will be fine if you pick the larger magnet.

I got this for my sewing machine but have no clue how to use this. I am a beginner learner on sewing. It came without any instructions. Bummer. I have to now do some online research. It looks like it should be fun to use once I figure it out.
