Get strikes but no hook ups, may be that hook is too protected by the dorsal fin. Fun to cast though.

This lure is worthless. The paddle tale does not move at all. The only movement you get is from the attached blade. The body is too dense to set the hook, leaving you with a horrible hook-up ratio. Dragging it across the bottom is the only way to fish this lure because it does not do anything else that the sleeper gill does. It comes down to the type of plastic they use because out of the package. This lure does look good unfortunately It is not a replacement for the sleeper gill that I thought it would be.
