it worked fine for about a year but the non stick surface began to peel which is considered a health hazard according to the FDA. It is past the return date so I will have to throw it away.

I like the many sizes they come in. So far the coating has no scratches and I can use less butter or oil to cook with. They're heavy duty cook evenly and clean up easy. The removable grips are great when finishing steak or frittatas in the oven.

This really is a great little frying pan. I love it so much that even though a few things bother me a little bit, it still deserves 5 stars. The few things that bother me a little bit are that the 3 metal rivets on the interior of the pan can be a little tricky to clean because they, of course, aren't non-stick. And the rubber handle cover slides off a bit. No biggie. Still totally worth it. Great pan!

This is by far my favorite pan. The nonstick works extremely well, it's super easy to clean, and it's very sturdy - no loose handles because of the use of rivets. The quality is very good and the removable handle sleeve is great for if you want to use it in the oven. The grip is comfortable and cooking with this is a pleasure.

I have been using this pan for a couple of years now and still love it. Perfect size for eggs or a grilled cheese. Still do not have issues with any sticking and has held up very well. I only hand wash it and it is still like new.

I purchased two 8" and one 12" pans by this same company. They were replacements for an old set of non-stick pans that had lost their non-stick coating over the years. These 8" are a perfect size for cooking a few eggs. I particularly like the handle I can use on the stovetop but remove easily for oven use- so far they haven't come off accidentally either! Although I probably won't use the smaller pans for the oven. Luckily the lids from my old set fit nicely on this one. They are sturdily built and easy to lift.My big complaint is for some reason these pans are not nearly as non-stick as the 12" pan. I cannot figure out why. I'm using the exact same temperature setting but eggs tend to burn and stick on the bottom, making them harder to clean, while they don't on the bigger pan. The side already has a stain from sliding food off. They are being treated exactly the same as the larger pan where this simply isn't happening: Silicone spatulas, non-abrasive sponges to clean, The non-stick coating feels exactly the same, the thickness is exactly the same. I just can't figure out why.I'll still use them and I'm going to keep experimenting with the time and temperature to see what's going on. They're still nice, solid pans. I'm just a bit disappointed in the non-stick.

I've enjoyed using this 8" aluminum frying pan for the entire time I've owned it, which began 7 months ago. The reviews then, as now, were pretty good. Except for the handle, it's supposedly made in the U.S. The price was right. The size was perfect for me. The non-stick aspect worked great. Here's the BUT. BUT it hasn't lasted!!!! The non-stick aspect has become a thing of the past, becoming somewhat noticeable a month or two ago and then very noticeable in the last few weeks. I don't understand that. To my knowledge, I haven't mistreated, misused, mis-cooked, or mis-washed it(never placed it in a dishwasher and always washed with liquid dishwashing soap and soft sponge). But the food's definitely sticking and as of today, so difficult to remove that I think I'll need to throw the pan away. I recently had decided that I had liked it enough to try another just like it. Perhaps that was idiotic. Perhaps I should have instead bought a higher quality pan for the higher price? The new one arrived this past week. The surfaces of the two viewed next to each other are tremendously different. The used one has a very smooth texture compared to the new one - as if the 7 months of cooking had dissolved whatever the coating is. Sure hope that stuff is not in my body - but where else would it be? Is this what eventually happens to all non-stick pans? Four months ago, I would have raved about the pan. Now - I feel the need to let others know that this pan may need to be replaced a whole lot sooner than you'd expect. I wonder if this has happened with any other folks who had previously given the pan good reviews?

I purchased this pan to fill a pretty specific niche, cooking eggs and omelets, and have not been disappointed. Non-stick finish is very good, and has held up well to regular use. The size is perfect for one or two eggs, or a small one- or two-egg omelet. Also useful for browning or sauteing small amounts of food if you've got more than one pan going on the stove. Pan is oven save, if you remove the silicon handle. The pan is solidly constructed, and distributes heat evenly. All in all, a worthwhile purchase if you need a pan this size.
