Our area has a ton of cottonwood trees. Looks like it's snowing right now. These keep the cotton from getting into our filter so we don't have to backwash as frequently. Highly recommend.

The price is good for the number of socks you get. My only concern is the elasticity of the sock lacking.

GET THESE FOR YOUR POOL!!!You’ll never realize how much fine crap is actually floating in your pool till you put a filter sock on the filter basket! These are the best things ever !

The reviews I read on this product (from many sources) were awesome, but I tried with two socks and it just seemed that the water flow was restricted with the socks on our skimmer basket. Normally debris (leaves) will circle around our pool and make their way into the skimmer basket, but they didnt when the socks were on. The debris would just stay/circle in their same spot. I tried with two socks just to be certain and the water flow was restricted. Loved the idea of this and bummed it didnt work. Dont let this review stop you; try it for yourself. Maybe there was a another factor with my pool that affected it.
