Excellent machining and surface finish on these 6AN aluminum weld-on bungs. Threads are clean, and the dimensions are consistent across all four pieces. At this price, they’re a great value—perfect to keep on hand for custom fuel or oil system projects. Definitely a must-have for any fabricator's stash.

I like to keep several of these in the shop for our turbo jobs that come in. The base of the bung is meaty enough to take the heat needed when welding to the pan, or timing cover, but I make sure to start with 4 to 6 good tacks. If you only need a few, this is a good deal to get. You can save money getting some larger quantity packs though. Can also be used for aluminum fuel cell vents, aluminum valve cover breathers, and fuel rail modifications.
