Unlike the description, rectangular Kleenex tissues hardly fit. Also there are spots made by air between the case and the layer which make it seem dirty here and there. Returning.

This is super cute and honestly, it looks high end. What I found interesting is that you really can’t tell it’s a tissue box holder. I mean it has the slot for tissue to come through but, with its sleek shiny design, it just looks like a fancy vase. It could be easily used as a vase too or any other type of decor. It’s made of a moderately hard and durable plastic. It opens easily and should fit a normal size box of tissue though I haven’t tried yet. I am thinking of adding a small base underneath it to give it height.

I though this would be a nice option for my tissue boxes to give it less of a box look, but it has one major problem right out of the box..... it doesn't hold a normal size tissue box that are sold in the United States. The boxes are too large so you will have to either remove all the tissues from the box and snake one of them through the top, or try to find a tissue box brand that sells tissues in smaller boxes. I do like that there is an internal bladder that is softer than the clear acrylic case surrounding it. It should be easy to clean and looks modern, almost egg like. Overall I don't think this is a bad product, but not very functional for the typical American household.

I purchased because my doodle thinks tissues are a delicacy. He cannot grab this or steal the tissues within. Plus it has a fun shape, and matches my decor. Easy to fill - uses less than what is contained in a box of tissues.
