Got this to play at a family reunion. Fun way to play charades with a twist. Comes with lots of cards so you don't have to think of things to act out and everyone has to guess and write down what they think is being acted out! Super easy to learn and play. It should included a timer though since that is an essential part of the game! Hilarious and great group game!

Acting out the cards from this game is so hilarious in itself but seeing everyone else’s guesses of what you’re acting out is even better in my opinion! Guessing right is the best feeling ever though 🤣

This game is easy to learn, quick to play, and features creative prompts that spark laughter and fun, especially when acting out quirky scenarios in just 15 seconds. It offers great replay value, works well with both small and large groups, and includes all needed materials. However, it lacks a timer and relies on players writing creative guesses for maximum enjoyment. Overall, it’s a flexible, entertaining party game with excellent value.

We had an absolute blast playing this! It's the kind of game that gets everyone laughing and moving. It's especially great for breaking the ice or livening up a family game night. The prompts are over-the-top and perfect for unleashing your inner goofball, even if you're a self-proclaimed "terrible actor."That said, I’m docking one star for a couple of design quirks. The small whiteboards are annoyingly hard to remove from the box. It felt like solving a mini puzzle before the game even began. Also, the box itself is massive. It stores the components nicely, but you have to keep the whole thing nearby during play,. This can be awkward if you’re short on table space. A compact card holder or tray would’ve been nice. And I wish it came with a small timer to keep the pace lively and the pressure up!Still, it’s a ton of fun and definitely staying in our party game rotation. If you don’t mind a little chaos and love group games that get people moving and laughing, this one’s a solid pick.

What this game does very well:-Very easy to learn, few rules but fun concept. You act out what's on the card, everyone writes down what they think it is. You read their answers and the real one, and you get a point if someone guesses the correct answer-The cards are very creative, for example: "You're broke and your accountant is a monkey". Figuring out how to act that out in 15 seconds makes for some laughs for both the actor and those trying to guess-Can be played for a short or long time period, very flexible-Includes dry erase boards for each person, markers with erasers, a score board, and a LOT of creative cards-Good replay value, can be played in a small or big group. We will play it again.Caveats:-No timer included; each round is 15s, it would have been nice to have a little timer to start each time-We realized very quickly that the guesses people write down need to be very creative, otherwise the game flops easily. For example, in the above card "You're broke and your accountant is a monkey", it's tough to act that out in 15 seconds. The other people may write down, 'a poor person' or 'a monkey'. When the guesses are read aloud, it is very obvious which answer is correct because it is so much more detailed and specific. When we noticed this, we started to write down longer, creative answers, but it doesn't solve the problem entirely.-Can be played in a small group of 3 but for the above reason, it would be better in a bigger group to generate more variety of answersSummary:-Good game, good value for money, easy to play without a bunch or rules, but needs some creative, quick thinking people to make it fun. Very few games are this easy to learn and yet have such good replay value. That quality alone makes this game worth checking out.

Acting Out is the perfect game for family night! This game is for ages 12 and older, and is for 3-6 players. It contains 200 cards, 6 white boards, 6 pens and 1 leaderboard. It is super easy to play...you will have 15 seconds to act out the prompt and are not allowed to make any noises or talk. Each person needs to guess what was being acted out, read the answers out loud and then vote on which one you think is the right answer. This game offers endless hours of fun and laughs! This is a fun and affordable way to spend some quality time with friends and family! I absolutely love it!

I debated giving four or five stars, but then I reflected on the fact that I took a video of our family playing it with tears streaming down their faces and doubled over with laughter and decided I had to go with a five. The premise is easy. Take turns with the actor drawing a card and having 15 seconds to act out some ridiculous prompt. Everyone else writes down their guess. The actor then shuffles and reads out the guesses along with the prompt and others have to guess which answer is the real one. Actor gets points when others guess correctly. Person guessing gets point for answering correctly. Person also gets point when someone else guesses the answet they supplied (instructions are more detailed but that's the gist).None of us originally thought 15 seconds was enough time but after one round we concluded it was. Surprised they don't provide a timer and we started using a phone's timer but then decided we didn't need that. The guesses -- and the acting -- were very, very funny. Easy to play. Can spend as little or as much time playing as you like. So far, we've played with four but there are enough pieces for 6 to play and could theoretically have only 3.We have over 100 board games so we've seen a lot and this one has earned a place in the rotation.
