Bought this to go with a Halloween costume. Was a little small for my adult head plus is made from flimsy plastic so I gifted to my nephew so he could play dress up with it.

So the idea with this was to have a fake hardhat for a costume. It didn't have to be protective in any way, it just had to look cool. And it wasn't a complete failure, the price was right and the size and design were almost exactly what I was looking for. It's just a little too cheap and flimsy--the plastic borders on being cellophane. You can see through it and it doesn't hold it's shape. Really with something like this it doesn't take much to go from a two-star all the way to a five. All it needed was to be made out of the same kind of plastic as a Dollar Store toy and it would have been perfect, but instead it's made out of the same crinkly plastic bottled water bottles are made of. You can barely handle it without crumpling it.

The helmet was very thin and made through a see-through plastic material. The helmet did not fit properly on my head or any of my adult friends heads of varying sizes. This might be good for maybe a very cheap toddlers costume. I ended up throwing it away because it would not stay on my head because of its size and cheap material.

This hat works perfect for halloween, however its extremely flimsy so don't rely on it lasting long. The color is more neon than expected.

While I didn't expect this hat to be like an actual construction hat, I did expect it to be sturdier than a plastic disposable plate and, to at least fit based on the picture of a guy wearing it. I needed it for a presentation I was giving and luckily had a friend who had an actual construction hat that I borrowed.The material is more like that of the plastic you find in a box of candy.I had no issues with the shipper. I received the hat quickly.
