Does what it’s supposed to. I drilled a hitch pin hole intersecting the existing one to tow my garden trailer around. I realize this may weaken its original intentions

Used as a tow point on the rear of an ATV. We have been towed out of the mud with this about 4 times now and It works fine.

The powder coat finish is beautiful! Shackle is of good shape for it's size, a typical tow strap hook fits no problem. Shackle looks great against my red car for just driving around and will come in handy if I ever get stuck in the snow. There's not a lot of places to pull on my car, which is why I put the hitch on, so having this will help make for a clean, damage-free recovery.
