The bracelet is pretty but there is no way it’s Alex and Ani. It’s way too thin and flimsy. And the packaging is not like theirs either. Much cheaper looking. I’m returning this. It would not make a very nice gift presentation at all the way it is

Love the bracelet! The issue was for about 75 dollars, I received it in this plastic warehouse bag.Disappointing. I wasn’t expecting a fancy box, just a simple small gift box. Lesson learned. Now to purchase a box. SMH.

I was not impressed with this Alex and Ani bracelet. For the cost of $70.00 I thought the chain would be of nicer quality and the heart would be a decent size. The chain was very thin and the heart was very small. It looked cheap to me. I returned it for a refund.I normally love Alex and Ani bracelets and have been satisfied with others.
