Shoes look nice but they feel like shoes you'd wear in a play at school. Zero comfort. Want to return but I wore them outside and the bottoms got dirty. Waste of money IMHO

I bought these, thinking that Alpinestars makes decent gear, boy was I wrong. These are extremely low quality shoes. Yes, they are comfortable and yes, they hide the fact that they are riding shoes, but there is where the good stops. After 3-4 hours of riding, the picture attach shows what happens to the shoe. Its paint is basically peeling off. Mind you, this is not going to the track with me, just normal city riding. The next issue is the squeak they make. In the 2 picture, where the inside laces band rubs on the tongue, creates a loud squeaking sound that can not be stopped. I have tried Lexol, Motul, saddle soap and Mink oil to try and stop the squeak, but its does not do a thing to prevent. If you are in a some what quiet place (loud enough over ambient) these will drive you INSANE. Now these are sitting in my closet and is a total waste of 150$. I wrote to the company and this was their reply."Thank you for contacting us. Based on what you've described, what you are experiencing with the shoes are purely cosmetic. Unfortunately, our one year warranty only covers manufacturer defects. Since the shoes are leather, we highly recommend storing them away from direct sunlight when not in use. To maintain the shoes, we recommend products from Lexol to be used.Best regards. "Who ever stores shoes in direct sunlight? Why was that even a question? Sorry Alpinestars, but these are worse than the cheap Cycle gear versions and those are 1/3rd the price.All in all, DO NOT waste your money. Alpinestars has really gone down hill in terms of quality.

These things are awesome! I've tried on many brands of these street style vans looking moto shoes and these are the best. They are very similar to the TCX street ace, which is why I wanted them because most of my shoes are that high top vans style but cycle gear near me didn't have the Street Aces in black and my size so I decided to go with these on Amazon. Of course its always risky buying clothes online, but according to another review I saw, these fit sized similar to vans which I wear a 10.5 in and these are great!Nice room for the toe width and the size is perfect but also the front where my toes are isnt too big to be annoying when shifting my GSXR so these are really great shoes.
