I ended up only getting the wheel... I thought it came with a boat. It was still worth it. Sturdy product. I ended up getting 4 of these and mounted them as metal tires on my chevy. Terrible traction(I take away no stars as that's not what they are intended for." But I got an entire set of tires for under 200. NOT BAD.

Very Nice Stainless Wheel with Black Plastic center hub. Perfect to replace my old stained leather steering wheel on my 98 Regal Ventura 6.8. Slid right into place. Fit shaft as OEM. I would recommend it to someone with an older boat that wants to fix it up without spending a fortune. 1/2 price of similar wheel at West Marine. This 13.5 Inch wheel was the size on my boat, its a smaller wheel, you might want to consider a 14 or 14.5 inch wheel if you want a more standard size.To remove old wheel: Remove center cap, loosen bolt to even with top of shaft. While placing upward knee pressure on bottom of wheel, tap the top of the nut (even with the top of the shaft) several times with a hammer. It loosens right up, then pull off.This wheel is made in China, so we will see over time how well it holds up without rusting and pitting in the Gulf salt waters.
