I bought this as the base for a Halloween costume. It died well using regular rit stain, and I was able to cut and sew it without it fraying or being difficult to work with.

Runs very small. My 9 year old daughter was a tight fit, and the length of the arms and legs was barely long enough on her. A child who was really 12/14 in years would be way too tall for this unitard. The quality was very nice, though. The fabric is cottony, not slick, and the material was thick and warm.
