UPDATE Nov 2023 -After working great for 1 1/2 years these pool cleaner tires are finally wearing down and need replacement. That is about how long my "orginal" manufacturer tires lasted.So I highly recommend these. They cost way less than the one's at the pool supply store.PS -- the tires have finally worn down and the cleaner head is gettting stuck on the lip of the pool drain cover. So it is time to replace. I have a an older plaster pool so the surface is a little 'rough' so maybe it would last even longer with a smoother pool.THIS IS MY OLD / FIRST REVIEW:Some of the reviews made me concerned about buying it but the price is so much lower than getting it at Leslie's, so I tried it. This is for the tires for the 4 wheel pool cleaner.So far, this looks very good with no problems. Some people said the rubber was wearing or getting sticky, but I don't see that. The one thing I noticed is at first the cleaner did not seem to move as fast or climb walls as well as my worn one did, then I realized that since the rubber tread is newer & therefore a bit longer than my old one, it was keeping the cleaner farther away from the surface -- so I needed to increase the vaccum pressure just a bit. Then it worked great.

I didn't realize just how bad the old tires were until I got these. My sweeper was getting highsided on the drains and would just sit there, sometimes for hours. The new tires fit perfectly and no hint of the drain issue, it gets great traction now and the pool cleaner is much more effective with the new tires.

After 2 years, the wear on my pool cleaner tires was thin. These were a good deal. I haven’t noticed them falling apart or wearing any faster than the original wheels. Good generic tires.
