We're very thankful that this toilet handle replacement works on our Toto toilet! I ordered the one with the straight stick because our broken one has a straight stick. Unfortunately, it did corrode and break after close to 17 years.One drawback is that the handle seems to wiggle a bit and therefore make noises whenever we flush. My husband tried fixing it, but he said he couldn't tighten it any further.Definitely would've received 5 stars if it didn't wiggle around.

When my old handle broke I got a plastic replacement for it. This one was pure junk and I had nothing but issues with it. So I got this one because it had a metal handle to place the chain on. It works just like it should with no issues with it at all.Very easy to install and set into place inside the tank. I wish I would have got this one first to save me some hassle but I’m glad I have it now at least.

This replacement flush handle is a perfect fit for Toto toilets which use similar handles. It retains the same handle shape and mounting as the original. The arm has the same length with several hooking points for the chain. The included chain has the proper snap-on hook and good length to work in the standard Toto toilet bowl. It installed without any trouble and works correctly -- you can't ask for more than that.I recommend this without reservations.

Fits my TOTO CST854 perfectly. Took just a minute to install and seems solid, especially for the price. Works smoothly. Time will tell on durability, but so far so good.

It looks amazing, however it didn’t fit for my toilet. The hardware has nice finishes, and seems sturdy. Wished it fit my toilet.

Many years ago, I was told, by a plumber that Toto was the top of the line regarding plumbing products, so when I saw a Toto flush lever, while replacing one, I chose it. I don't know if the advice I was given is true now, or was ever true, but I can say for certain that it is a great product. It's made very well, the lever piece is very sturdy and the handle is made of metal not plastic. I'm thinking that the plumber was right.

The flush handle for our spare bathroom had basically disintegrated. This handle wasn't a perfect fit, but it was easily adjusted to work as intended. The arm of this handle is straight, and I needed a 90-degree bend which I was able to make easily. After just a few minutes, the new handle was installed, and the toilet was flushing normally.

This product is perfect fit and compatible for TOTO toilet flush tank. The replacement makes it looks and functions like the same quality as usual. The handle is easy to assemble, adjust, and connect the leveler in the tank. The arm is durable copper which is better than others which is steel that can be corroded if you have some cleanser fluid in the water tank.
