Seems to fit well and operates properly with the electric lock. However, it does hang up slightly on the striker when opening and closing. It does not have the slot to lock and unlock with the door key, even though it is stated in the description. You can move the rod over or remove it to make everything else work, but your key will be useless on the passenger side.

I have an 01 audi TT mk1 and it work but the door catch on the bolt mostly all the time.

Luckily for me I only needed the actual latch on my car to be replaced, I didn't read the other review first about the electronics and locked myself out of my car for a couple weeks with no support from seller or manufacturer. If you're like me and just need the latch I would recommend switching over the electronics portion of your factory unit before install as this one is not strong enough to unlock the car. If your electronics are bad I would avoid at all costs.

I was having window drop issues on my 2001 911. I couldn't source the correct part and this one looked identical. I was fully prepared to disassemble the two to make one functioning unit but believe it or not it was a direct replacement and works perfectly. This one saved me over $300. Hope this helps out.

This fit perfect but the actuator isn’t powerful enough to unlock the door without pushing in on the door to take off the pressure of the door seal
