Bought this one and the left side one and only one side came with a gasket. The OEM one does not use a gasket. Tried using the gasket and the exhaust would not bolt onto the manifold. Product was a pain in the ass to install and it did not fit properly. Would not recommend purchasing for your vehicle.

We bought both the left and right cats to replace on our 1998 Ford F150. After the old cats were removed and the new cats were attempted to be put on, the muffler shop discovered the flange was too big on the new parts and would require major modification and welding work to make them work. Seller said they don't have replacements and to return these for a refund. I don't know if this is a manufacturing defect common to all of these catalytic converters, but now we have a truck torn apart and no cats to put on it. If you order these, measure to make sure they will fit; you can't trust the product description to be accurate!
