Perfect direct fit for my 2001 Silverado. It took me about 15 minutes to swap out both sides.Pull off the interior trim piece by hand, starting at the top. Pull out the piece of foam rubber padding. Using a 10mm deep-well socket, remove the 3 nuts. New nuts are not included so DO NOT DROP THEM INSIDE THE DOOR PANEL! Remove the old mirror housing, then reverse the steps above for installation.If your truck is equipped with power mirrors, you will also need to unplug/replug the wiring harness. Mine are NOT power, so I tucked the wire inside the housing behind the foam padding before installing. These work fine for non-power use, and are easily adjusted by hand.The glass is a tiny bit wavy, but not bad enough to deduct a star. These mirrors really improve the looks of my old truck, and they function as intended

I replaced my driver's mirror with one from this company and was very impressed with it. Aside from just being happy with the quality this differed from my stock mirror because of the silver on it so I wanted to match them up and ordered this. Despite not listing it this fits perfectly on an '04 Silverado, although I do not have power adjust which may be why it doesn't list the year. Still perfect replacement. Very happy with them.
