Was looking for Aqua Mix locally, but was only available online. GREAT PRODUCT! Not one to apply over another sealer by another name, but if Aqua mix is applied over Aquamix, it dries quicker than directions indicate: 2-3 hrs! My 1st application was 20 yrs ago and when i reapplied today, i was stunned by the ease of application and how quickly it dried!

This product doesn’t smell too bad, and it looks like it will hold-up okay. But there’s very little shine, and that was a disappointment.

Purchased the product as I needed a HIgh Gloss sealer for Marble and Granite. Used the product as directed on a marble floor and it created a sea of bubbles. Contacted tech support in Australia and was advised NOT to use it for Granite or Marble. As you can see from the label it does indicates “Use for: Granite, Limestone, Marble, Slate....”. Perhaps a suggestion might be a label change to “Not for: Granite.....”. Not recommended as sold

We applied this to a newly installed porcelain tile floor. The tiles are 6x24" planks with a wood-textured look. At first it looked beautiful with a really nice shine, but a couple days later there was extensive flaking. As some of the flaking comes up, it appears dull underneath. We definitely didn't skimp with it. We put a heavy coat on the floor. I wonder if it was just TOO heavy of a coat and it wouldn't dry correctly. Has anyone had a similar experience? I will update this as necessary (if possible).

People hesitate before stepping on the stone floor as they think it is wet.I did have to put on 5 coats, but the product flowed smoothly and dried quickly.Do not let the product pool on the floor or it will dry opaque.I had enough left over for future touch-ups.

The tiles that I used in the foyer, kitchen, family room and mud room were Florida Tile HDP "citadel". That tile has a rough surface that tends to easily accumulate dirt. On the otherhand it has a great deal of detail and beautiful coloration. The application of two coats of sealer realy enhanced the appearance. Since this is a new house and not yet being lived in it will take another 6 months to know how well it stands up to the daily grind. So far so good.

This stuff is great; works like a dream. We bought a 1984 house which had unsealed quarry tile throughout the first floor and in all the bathrooms. It always felt gritty or dusty under your bare feet...gross. This sealer was very easy to apply...I just used a kitchen sponge and a pair of rubber gloves...and the end result is great. The fumes were not bad at all and were well-controlled by our normal bathroom fan.The tiles feel nice and smooth underfoot now, look fantastic, and best of all, no more grit! It took 7 thin coats to achieve the shine we wanted, but each coat is easy to apply, and you can reapply every 1/2 hour...we waited longer than that, since we did coats in between baby naps for a couple days. Just make sure your tiles are clean, dry, and well-vacuumed before you start.
