this is the second one I have had first one o got in September 2024 second one 2025 because first one was shorting out. now this one is shorting out as well in may of 2025. if you want a heater that lasts and dont want to chance your house burning down dont buy this one

Be careful with this heater,only work for 4 months and almost kill all my fishes thanks god I was at the room

DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT A TANK FULL OF FISH... I purchased this heater in July I thought it was a good deal and purchased 2 of them. I woke up this afternoon to a tank full of cooked fish and the heater just saying HH. The water was 120 degrees when I woke up and saw my fish were dead. So please do your research before you buy a heater if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

About this tank heater in September of 2024 today is the first week of January 2025 and no longer accurately reads temperature telling me my tank is 96 degrees when my accurate one says 77°. This can be very dangerous for any fish tank

The heater would not maintain the set temperature. I lowered the set temperature to 72’ and the actual temperature was 79.5’. I contacted support and was told I needed a water flow pump in the tank.

Kinda a big heater I have it in my 200gal tank so it don’t stand out that much but in a smaller tank, it might, but the heater work perfectly And very easy to maneuver

It worked great for the 1st 2 months. Then it stopped working. I pulled it out of my 180 gal tank and when I did - I got shocked. Now I know why my stingray died.
