For snap ring style rollers pins, you will have to replace the 2x vertical pins holding the rollers with a 5.5" X 5/8" bolt and nut, as most snap ring style roller pins will not allow enough clearance for the mount to fit. Pictures show bolt style roller.

This worked perfect . Very secure. I used it on a Warn 10,000 lb winch. I removed to clip took off the top washer and it fit perfect. Definitely take out the screws that hold the clips in and turn them around. The look license plate fits flush this way

Minutes to install, but make sure you have some bushings or you license plate will get very bent.This product is well designed and functions exactly as expected. It looks great and holds the plate while still allowing full functionality from your winch.The only design flaw I found is that they use cap nuts on the spring clips where you license plate is (was if you don't use bushings) flat.

Great license plate winch cover. Doesn't seem like much but it is pretty sturdy.I had an old that just clipped on to the rollers. Someone decided they wanted it and just pulled it off my truck.Purchased this one because it offers security by mounting over the roller pins. No one can just pop it off my truck now unless they take the time to disassemble my winch rollers.Great plate holder for a great price.

Great product! Especially for the price. It fit perfectly on my badlands winch’s rollers but as expected, I needed to do a trip to a hardware store to buy longer bolts.I got 2 3/8x6” galvanized carriage bolts with two washers, two split lock washers and 4 nuts to put on each side of each split lock to keep the bolt il place without squeezing the rollers and stopping their movement.Other than that the holes for the licence plate fit my NJ plate perfectly and I just flipped around the screws that are holding the roller clips so that the head is behind the plate and not the nut and that way it doesn’t push against the back of the plate.

I ordered this along with my Viper 12,000 Classic Winch and thankfully it fit perfectly. I'm more than happy with the product and it does exactly what I need it to do. Great idea.One thing to note that when removing the pins from the left and right roller fairlead you will need to remove the washer from the bottom or else it will not fit properly and the clip will not secure. Once that washer is removed it's a perfect fit. No problems and works like a charm

I initially built a winch bumper without a plan for a license plate. I stumbled across this and figured I’d give it a shot. I really like the design of this. There’s some adjustment for sizes, but if the rollers are too far apart it just won’t work.I ordered this for my smittybilt winch without checking measurements. I had to use a die grinder to extend the mounts a little bit, but it functions perfectly.It’s a great compromise of functionality and legality (having a front plate.)I’d definitely purchase one again, I’d just be sure to order the correct one!

did not fit on my badlands 12000lb winch. had to remove the flip up part and only have it clipped to my rollers in order to make it work.

I had to register my truck in a vehicle in a state that requires front license plates. I have a Warn 16.5 TI and it fit perfectly on the fair leads. Easy to install. All you need is snap ring pliers to install the top of the holder on to the top of the vertical fairleads. The bottom half clips to the outside of the vertical fair leads very securely. License plate holder does require some effort to get the bottom fairlead holders to release but the spring hinge keeps it up and out of the way to use the winch.
