I like the way it can be cleaned easily. The only issue I have is that the stopper, at the bottom is cheap, and may leak in a short time. I would have preferred a solid rubber stopper that would last for the lifetime of the fountain. It beats the plastic fountains out there, even with the premium price.

Nice waterer, but it has to be filled from the bottom...also the stopper sent with it was very flimsy. It looked like a soft plastic stool leg cover.

I'm giving this 3 stars. On the one hand, the metal is nice and there really don't seem to be better options currently available. On the other hand, the design leaves something to be desired. The water is held in by a fairly flimsy rubber stopper. Who knows how long that will last? There is no easy way to drain this so it's more tedious to fill and change the water than it should be.

I never write reviews, but I do feel jipped on this one. I didn't expect this water feeder to be filled from the bottom.. I didn't like it initially, but was fine with it because it worked alright with the rubber plug. I did notice that the rubber plug that holds the water in the feeder is really flimsy and I would expect it to decline. You can see it dent and bend where you have to squeeze it back in the hole to seal it, I don't anticipate a true seal if I use it again. ALSO I was very lucky that I had other water feeders, because after filling and setting it out, the water only HARDLY comes out. It does not fill the (moat? lol) the place where the animals drink from. It does not even fill close to half of that lip. My animals were not able to use this. You CANNOT take the tank part (where the water is held) off, it's welded on, so your only access is that small hole on the bottom which makes me NEVER want to try to clean it. It is sitting in my barn in case of a serious emergency- I would need to fill the lip manually and hope that it replenishes... Definitely would be checking often if I had to use it.One star because it's easy to carry and is sturdy since they welded the tank on haha. don't waste your money, but if you do choose to try it out you will absolutely want to have a back up water feeder just incase.
