Parts came un-assembled with no directions on how to put it together. I got it together but then realized that the spout piece doesn't fit through my birdcage bars so you have to put the spout on from the inside of the cage. That was difficult (can't take the birds out of the cage because my female is currently brooding). I like that it is clear so you can see the water level, it's still full though. My birds haven't touched it or gone anywhere near it.

I was a bit confused at first because there was no user manual or graphics to show how to put this thing together and use it, but I was able to figure it out in no time. Though, I would’ve definitely appreciated a user manual. The water bowl is a bit small, and I’m not sure if my cockatiels will like it, but I am using this in addition to their regular water bowl.

This was very easy to install and keeps the birds water much cleaner than their bowl type water dispenser.

This is a great little waterer for a parakeet.It automatically drips water into the tiny cup as it is used.The spout should be installed last as it needs to push through the bars and connect to the main unit.Easy to fill and outside access makes this a 5 star feeder.

Nice Bird water design. I admit, it took me a minute to figure out how it went together, but I got it installed. As always with change, birds take a while to warm up to anything new
