Was a pain in the butt to change it out with my rusted out broken one. I ended up having to cut the old nuts off to get it out. It can only go one way as well at the gaskets can only go one one way so be careful there. Mine did come with nuts and studs but I decided to go to Theisens and get stainless steel bolts, washers, lock washers and nuts as a precaution so they won't rust again. My car is quiet again and I am one happy man.

Came as described. Well packaged (not by Amazon). All needed hardware and gaskets were included. Very well made, accurate flanges that perfectly lined up with original Honda exhaust system. Used for 2010 Honda Odyssey. (Washers in photo aren’t usually needed and were supplied by me to help spread the load onto a very corroded tailpipe flange). Do note that this doesn’t come with the heat shield, although that’s not really needed. If you want that, one is available on Amazon that fits this. Chances are if you are replacing the converter, the old shield likely will be too far gone to reuse. I didn’t install with a heat shield. The price was very competitive and this is a good value. I recommend this item!

Fits my car well. Comes with accessory hardwares as well. No complaint from my mechanic. Looks solid but only time can tell how long it'll last.
