This is an adorable shrug. Very stretchy and fit well. I'm 69, so covering arms in a sleeveless dress is great! Perfect for warm weather. I am also very short. (4'10') and under 90 lbs. The lower edge fits slightly above the waist, and sleeves were 3/4 on me. It could be stretched considerably for longer fit. Because of the open weave, it would likely snag easily, but if you plan accordingly, there are no problems or issues. I have worn several times and have yet to have any snagging at all. I love it!

It was even better than I expected. Good quality and the perfect shrug to be worn over a black cameo and a black skirt. It really lifts the outfit and looks great.

Love this little shrug. It looks perfect with the lace dress I got it to wear with. I have no idea how long it will last but if it only makes it thru one wedding (my son’s) then it will have been perfect!

This works perfectly for the casual dress I will be wearing at a graduation at a university. I have a casual dress and it's sleeveless. I didn't want sleeveless as we are going to be going to a restaurant that is always cold. This gives the dress a more complete look and covers my arms just enough.

Cannot stretch across the front of my chest! It is way too tight and’s not comfortable. Too hard to get it on. I can’t return it because it’s past the dates, so I guess it will be another good will donation!

I didn't like this shrug. it was a messy ball of fragile stretchy knit fabric that was hard to untangle and figure out how to put on. Once worn, it provided no enhancement to the outfit.

This is like a tissue. It is very sheer and looks really cheap. The price was pretty extreme for what it was and I expected better (I knew it isn't designer, but this was awful). If it had been $10 I would've kept it and maybe worn it once. It just wasn't flattering at all.
