I purchased this tablet case bc the it had a built in keyboard, but unfortunately it does not work. It will not power on at all. I have followed all the set up instructions, I have also tried different charger than the one that came and after a full day of charging the device will not power on, the light indicates that it is charging but will not change from red. The case itself is nice and holds the tablet well but the main function of the keyboard is useless. Very disappointed. Do not recommend if your wanting a functioning keyboard.

I love this keyboard and using it with my IPAD. It’s fantastic and easy to use. It’s a great buy. And I love purple. Great purchase. I keep my keyboard charged along with iPad at the same time, so, I know that it’s fully charged. Great buy!

NOTE: For those who say the keyboard doesn't work - right side, moves the cursor instead and other random things. Go to Accessibility > Touch > Assistive Touch > disable Mouse Keys. Those keys that didn't work will work normally afterwards!USER: I'm a long time Windows and Android user, so iOS is still pretty confusing to navigate and get used to the virtual keyboard, having to swipe instead of hold for the second layer of characters. The only reason why I use an iPad now is it's easier to draw on Clip Studio than on the Tab S6, for out and about travel.PROs+ Sturdy, holds up the iPad pretty well for how wide it is (9th gen, or however you want to call them by).+ Bought this specifically for the laptop and swivel aspect, so it feels perfect to switch between drawing and typing compared to a detached keyboard to a magnetic cover. Especially that I'm using this for work related reasons on the go, I can't keep bothering to make sure the keyboard doesn't fall off on use.+ Turns off screen when closed, so it's nice I don't have to manually press the volume buttons searching for the power button.CONs- The KEYS, THOSE keys... it should be added to the instructions that come in the box that you have to change the settings on your iPad for THOSE keys to work.... spent too much time figuring it out!- RGB isn't what I expected. Not something I personally needed, but normally it's multiple options of single colors and one rainbow, but it's white and different shifted-rainbow options. If white is the only one you need, it's negligible. Not worth the $40 - $50 tag if you need it to be more than white.- Seems like there are other cons by others' comments, but I'll wait to see how long mine gets to be the same case. It's still working fine.

I love this great keyboard case, it gives an incredibly secure feeling! The color is pretty, it's well made and has multiple functions.The hinge of this keyboard are nice and tight. I can easily rotate multiple angles to use my iPad. I prefer this case to the folding ones. The connection is very quickly and the touchpad is very responsive, and the keys are clearly displayed. I'm happy to be able to comfortably lie on the couch, touch the touchpad, and type on my lap again, no longer needing to connect an external mouse, very convenient.Besides, I don't know the keyboard would light up. I used to have a similar hardshell keyboard case with no touchpad or backlight, that one very few features except for typing. To my surprise, this keyboard is very well backlit, with lots of colors and brightness to choose from. I'm adjusting the settings that work best for me.Overall, the product is great, it connects stably, works without delay, and has long battery life. It is the perfect combination of keyboard and iPad, turning my iPad into a laptop. I'd give it 5 stars!

Dislike,,received the product through Amazone,,after charging 1 hour, the red light changed to green, but, the power button not functioning,,got defective product,,really frustrated, how sending the products,without proper inspections??? Not deserve single star,,without star, not able sent the review
