I'm really finding these shoes very comfortable. I've worn them for several day, before reviewing, to get a real feel for them. They are flexible, and comfortable. They have enough cushioning to make walking around a lot, easy and comfy. The toe box is wide, but doesn't look goofy, like some I've tried. The inner sole comes loose when I pull my foot out, which is a little annoying, but not a real issue. Has no bearing on functionality.I love that they pull-on. No laces. They aren't thick of heavy. Definitely lightweight. They look cute enough on. I am happy with them.I can't say how durable they'll be in the long run, but for now, they are great!

I ordered these barefoot water shoes for my 11 year old niece. They go boating quite a bit and I thought these slip on shoes would be good on the boat. She wears a size 6 and they aren’t available in a 6 so I ordered a 6.5 and they are way too big, at least a size or two. I guess because they are sized for both men and women it is best to down size rather than upsize. These shoes an are made of what appears to be neoprene or some mesh fabric, the toe box is wide so it is like you are walking barefoot; however, there’s not much of an arch support so they are fairly flat. They also have a rubber slip resistant sole with a nice tread on the bottom. These shoes secure with a black bungee shoestring. I ordered the pink and black trim and my niece seemed to like the color a lot, I just wish I wouldn’t have upsized. The price of these Preshentty barefoot shoes is a little on the expensive side, almost $26. They appear to be an improved version of a water shoe and the quality was fairly good so I guess that warrants the price. A better inner sole or arch support would be appreciated in this price range, otherwise they serve their purpose.

I am a huge fan of barefoot shoes, and since these claimed to be barefoot trail shoes, I wanted to check them out. The soles are more padded than my other barefoot shoes, and that makes sense given they're for trail use. Of course they are still not heavy-duty like regular trail shoes. Anyone expecting that doesn't understand the concept of "barefoot." I have no complaints about that at all.The fit is also good. I normally wear an 8.5 - 9 in "regular" shoes and barefoot shoes usually need to be a bit snugger, so I went with the 8.5 and it's a perfect fit. They look fine, perhaps not as cute as my much more expensive brand, but I also have no complaints in the looks department.Like all barefoot shoes, they are lightweight and minimalist, BUT the one place where they were less comfortable than I would like is that they come up to high around my ankle. Too far up on the front and the back of the ankle makes my (thicker than average) ankle feel strangled. And the left one rubbed somewhat on the back of my heel. I do feel that may loosen up and be okay after some wear, but these will require more breaking in than I'm accustomed to with my other barefoot shoes.Overall the are a very good value for the price. (My other shoes were consderable higher priced.) If you want to try barefoot shoes for the first time, this isn't a bad choice because of the slightly more padded soles, unless you also have thicker ankles like me. Then I might suggest trying something else first.*Disclaimer: This review is part of Amazon's Vine Program which provides products at no upfront cost in exchange for honest and unbiased reviews. Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product. These "barefoot" shoes are pretty nice. They’re comfortable, relatively sturdy (considering they’re water shoes, not regular sneakers), easy to tighten with the pull tab, and they look great overall. They come in several sharp-looking color options. I chose the black-on-black version because it’s more versatile—it pairs easily with anything and can pass for a more polished, casual shoe when wearing long pants or something a bit nicer than gym clothes or beach wear. What I appreciate most is that they’re designed to be worn without socks and hold up well when wet. Unlike regular sneakers, these dry quickly and don’t get ruined from water, which makes them great for rainy days, puddles, or beach and park use. They’d also be useful for things like snorkeling, where you might be walking across rocks or rougher surfaces that aren’t great for going barefoot. They also have a pretty nice, grippy tread pattern.I often wear them to yoga in the park since I can slip them off easily to go barefoot, then toss them back on afterward without needing to mess with socks. While they don’t quite offer the same level of support as real sneakers, they’re more durable than many water shoes I’ve tried—and they’re a solid go-to option for everyday use, light activity, and travel, as long as you're not expecting to do high-impact or stability-demanding sports in them.
