This is the direct replacement for the paramount blue mesh debris bag, 005152803005, which has been discontinued. You can add a fine mesh bag as a liner if you remove the handle on this canister. The part # for the liner is 004152451700. Paramount tells me the liner is not really needed but can be used if wanted. I only found this out after a full day of trying to find a replacement mesh bag. Works like a champ.

I was told about this leaf canister when I couldn't find the replacement mesh basket that came with the pool!! This is a great replacement.

I changed my clunky filter of my pool’s bottom suction. It fits perfectly, and catches everything, much better than the flexible filter the pool system brought originally. I recommend to buy it with the interior lining for extra effectiveness.

My pool came with a cloth filter that lasted 10 years.It is apparently no longer made, but this fit perfectly in its place.

These work great as skimmers. They are sturdy and do a great job protecting your filter. I bought two pair!

My pool uses the paramount system and it used a plastic blue net bag for the leaf collection and it ripped twice. I am happy that Paramount replaced it with a much better made basket (instead of the bag) that is a perfect replacement in fit and usage.
