Has some great stuff for kiddos trying to figure out how to use basketball, but are tired of listening to their parents, the diagram is on a neoprene type material. We showed him a video on you tube and he took it from there. We didn't have problems with it moving too much on a wood floor (it is an older wood floor) He really liked the resistance bands... who knows what a 7 year old will think is the coolest thing in the world, lol!!

This is a great tool for your child to prepare and enhance their sports skills. We have an 8 year old who LOVES this. We make it fun for him and he is slowly advancing his control of his basketball dribbling. We bought the smaller mat but if you have a teen who wants to practice dribbling, get the larger one.Our older teenage daughter who is in club volleyball uses the hand strengthener, the resistance bands, and the "ladder" to help her advance in volleyball. They've been a huge benefit to her.These tools are easy to get out, easy to transport if you have a group practice, and then easy for one on one practice. They are well made and do exactly what they are intended to do.Bonus is that it comes with a pamphlet that includes footwork and stretches and a QR code for their YouTube channel for dribbling exercises.

It’s a good value as far as the amount of things that you get in the pack. But my issues are that the bands and the hand grip looks and feels cheaply made.
