This drain plug seems to be good quality and construction. I didn't have to use the threaded adapter for the larger 1.5" diameter, but was curious how easy it would be to remove that once it's installed. The 1 3/8" worked fine for my tub.

The plunger won’t seal with the gasket as warped as it is. Seems like I keep having the issue with these things and how they function that they just won’t close and seal tight. Not sure if due to age or a cruddy run of gaskets. Luckily I had one laying around and that seems to have done the trick but…I don’t know it should work for a layperson right out of the box. At least the finish is sturdy and consistent.
