I have a 2023 Mazda 3 Turbo.The cover fits but the cutouts for the negative cables are in the incorrect location.Not a big deal, I could just take a dremel and cut out a hole for it.The most important thing is the fit and it fits fine.

It's an interesting idea, to cover the battery and protect it from dust and dirt. I am going to need to rig a positive terminal for this to work, otherwise the cover will block easy access to the positive in case of needing to jump start. The negative has one, but the positive is the one you need for jump starting.

So its a nice cover and good idea to keep the battery protected from dirt, dust and water. All of Mazdas older vehicles had covers and i dont know why they went away from it honestly. The biggest issue for me is that it blocks access to one of the terminals and if you have any added accessories it may not fit correctly. I will need to modify it for it to work like i want it too.

This battery cover fits well and sits securely without leaving noticeable gaps around the sides. Installation was pretty straightforward with the right tools, and once in place, it feels solid and well-fitted over the battery compartment.I decided to add this after noticing signs of small rodents getting into the engine area and chewing on the cables.It’s a simple piece, but it adds a layer of protection that brings some peace of mind, especially if the car is parked outside or near wooded areas.
