These battery terminals are sturdy and very reliable. My husband got these to switch out some old battery terminals on his car since that were getting crusty and ineffective. He put them on and said that they were good quality and works as expected, no issues. They fit perfectly.

Perfect fit for my 1978 Volare, I believe these would work fine for newer model vehicles using the included ring attachments but frankly, if it were me, I would use a different style, but for pre 2000 year vehicles these should be a perfect fit for all top post applications!

These large terminals can hold a lot of extra lugged wire connections, and even some MRBF fuses. The lugs all go through a main bolt, keeping them nice and tight. Good solution for off-road / overland vehicles where more vibrations are to be expected. Another bolt secures the whole terminal to the battery post.Be careful when installing these not to torque the battery post, as that could cause your battery to leak. Keep a wrench or socket on both sides of the bolts whenever applying force.Build quality is functional, but the finish could be better. These will start to look a little porous and lose their shine over time, possibly even start to corrode if the battery is slightly leaky. It's probably a good idea to put an anti-corrosive oil on the battery post and terminal at the time of installation. NOCO makes an oil based spray for this that works well, there are lots of others as well.The lugs that come in this kit are bare copper. I recommend tossing them and getting some tinned copper lugs for better corrosion resistance, along with some marine grade heat shrink. Exposed copper is generally never a good idea in an engine bay.

This battery terminal is the "Mil-spec" style terminals. They are heavy duty and include a clamping bolt as well as a bolt to mount your cables to. This set comes with everything you need all included. There are positive and negative rubber battery terminal covers, positive and negative terminal anti-corrosion felt washers, four ring terminals for 2 gauge wire, and heat shrink for the ring terminals. You will need a hydraulic crimper to crimp these ring terminals onto your wire. I really like how each battery terminal has a + or - embossed on it for easy identification. These are made of a lead alloy that resists corrosion.
