So far everything looks great. I haven't set it up to use yet as I am moving in a couple of weeks and will set it up in my new home. It's very strong and sturdy and looks great! I can't wait to start using it! I will revisit this review once I've been able to use it.

I am 78 years and have always tried to stay in shape . Ran, lifted weights ,rollerbladed, and walk when i play golf. thought i would give battle ropes a try and i cannot say enough about how great this exercise is . you can do as little or as much with different motions. easy to feel what muscles you are working. best of all it gives you an amazing cardio work out. I ordered a competitor rope and didn't like it . handles were hard and slippery. But Nordic's were perfect. Attached the sturdy bracket to a wall in my garage, and keeping the doors open , this allowed me to work out basically outdoors with fresh air .

Ordered the 40 foot. Garage measures 22 feet...this is perfect. I love it !!!
