These are the best underwear / panties I have ever seen in my life. The material and build quality are outstanding. I have never encountered such high quality in women or men's under garments. These will last a lifetime. They look absolutely beautiful on me. I'm a big person, not fat at all just big and the extra-large fit my 36 waists with ease. I highly recommend and thank the seller and creator for this awesome garment.

These are excellent. I've tried other gaffs in the past and these are by far the best ones. I'm able wear just these under some leggings or a form fitting dress and you can't see a thing. I recommend going down a size from what you usually wear for underwear, for best fit and compression.If you wear them with leggings for the gym, you may still need tuck tape along with this, because deep squatting will cause a visible bulge when hit a certain depth.

I've been putting off getting a gaff for sometime as I didn't like the idea of being extremely uncomfortable all day, so I just chose outfits that hid my bits. But I was going on holiday and I wanted to wear a swimsuit, so I took the plunge (pun intended) and bought a gaff. I was really surprised by the comfort, yes things are pushed up, so there's some level of confinement but I can wear this all day and not be in pain or feel anxious about popping out.If you have anxiety over gaffs I would highly recommend giving these a try. It's changed my mind about gaffs and I get to use my full wardrobe.

Generally speaking, the reviews reflect what I believe.Some notes:- I generally agree with all the reviews here saying to size down. If you don't want it to be tight though, choose what would normally be your size. That being said, it will work the best if you size down, as that will keep it in place very well- I posted a question that was unfortunately left unanswered and there don't seem to be any reviews talking about this. SHAVE. Please. And not just your genitals, shave the whole underside area. Obviously you don't need a clean shave, just go at it with a trimmer so you remove all the super long hair. I did not realize this and learned the hard way that because of how tight it is, it pulls on your hair and makes it almost unwearable. After I realized that and shaved some more, it was a night and day difference.This product is perfect, at least for me. I didn't really pay attention to the price tag and was a little shocked when it went through, but honestly it's worth it since you're supporting a trans-owned business (according to the little card that came with the panties).If you're on the fence about buying one, just do it, it'll be worth it I promise.

Being a long time TG MTF I have been on the lookout for clothes hide, conceal and otherwise make the "T" unnoticeable. I have found in the past a few pair of panties that do this well. THIS PAIR DOES IT FANTASTICALLY!!!! I have sunbathed in just these in my backyard (great tan lines) and while it is semi private the neighbors can see if they choose to look. I am not at all worried what they will see....because it is VERY WELL HIDDEN. The packaging is professional, they are comfortable, and keeps it tucked while I go to work out in my workout pants at the gym. I highly recommend these. Literally makes my front as flat as it can be under the current circumstances.

I just put this on, and I love it! I looked at the pictures of the gaff, and wondered how it stays on, but IT DOES. I usually wear XL panties. I got Large since others said to go a size down. DO THAT.I'm a big person with big bits. Now every thing is pushed up and in as far as it goes. There is a socket in your body for each "egg." Make sure they end up in there for best effect. Some people can pop theirs inside that cavity. Mine are too big for that but they are in the sockets and I tucked the longer bit between. I love the effect.FEELS GREAT PSYCHOLOGICALLY for me. It also prevents the baseball in the stretch pants/leggins look for me.ONe last thing, is I can feel this in action, and it reminds me to walk more like a woman, instead of lumbering as 60 years of practice would normally have me do.I tried them on over panties and that worked for stretch jeans just fine, BUT, with my build it looks better and feels better underneat the panties. I guess I'll be washing it a lot until I can get more.EDIT: Over the panties is working fine now. Under is a little better but presents the daily wash or multiple gaffs issue.

This ticking gaff is pure perfection I should’ve brought a medium but large is perfect if your unsure and are a size 8. Normally tucking hurts for me but with this it is sleek and smooth and causes no pain, it is a perfect product and would recommend to anyone new to tucking and have just came out of the closet as transgender male to female. I love this product and is so comfortable I am so glad I ordered this product!

EDIT: I have now sized up twice because my "berries" are loose and have a lot of skin, so they sometimes poke out of the sides a bit after wearing the gaff for an extended time. Despite sizing up from a M to an XL, the gaff is still tight and I can wear it under tight fitness leggings at the gym with no fear of unwanted bulges. Fantastic purchase!Why these are good: The fabric is soft against the skin, which is good because for this to be effective it does need to be tight. It LOOKS like a thong, however the fabric has been reinforced in front with some sort of inner lining to add extra padding and snugness, so nothing unwanted will pop out. Also, at least in my case, I am able to wear this effectively without having to push my testicles up into myself like you would with a traditional gaffe - I can push my stuff down, slip the gaffe on and after minor adjusting I am good to go.Real talk: I'm not a fan of thongs personally so these will take some getting used to. with extended wear like all gaffes they will pinch and get tight in the lower parts. But they keep me bulge free so it's a fair trade off.Background: I'm a 33 year old trans girl. I transitioned 8 years ago, and in that time I've tried everything I can to tuck with no success. I have tried a few brands of gaffe panties, most of them (on Amazon) are regular briefs that have a reinforced vagina mold in the front, which actually ends up creating a lump in most pants (not exactly effective). This year of my 34th birthday, 8 years into transition I've had a feminine awakening and I'm hitting the gym daily, buying more form fitting clothes. I look fantastic but my "little friend" does get in the way. These panties seem like they will do the trick perfectly!! Thank you to the genius woman who invented these!!
