These are not completely round, which is counter productive to what you are trying to get done here. They are more domed with a flat inside. Cheap.

This wrap n' tap is so versatile; I use it for many things. I make findings such as clasps and jump rings with it and also fashion my own necklace links using it. It is one of my most used jewelry tools.

Sturdy, work great. I use them all the time in my jewelry making. I bought them specifically for use with remembrance wire, but they work great with the softer wires, of course!
