This product fits moy alto aax mouthpiece perfectly, but doesn't go completely over my tenor mouthpiece. I'm very disappointed.

My first cap of this brand. The large air hole is unusual-the construction is strong. If the plating holds up this could be a lifetime purchase.

Fits perfectly on several of my mouthpieces.However, make sure you wash this cover out before you use it-- inside the cover there is a layer of powder from the manufacturing process that will get all over your actual mouthpiece. It took several washes to get it all out. You might be thinking, "Meh! What's a little manufacturing residue?" But the package has a warning on it saying that the product contains metals that the State of California has deemed carcinogenic. Look, I know you're not going to be eating this mouthpiece cover for dessert or anything, so I don't think it's anything to freak out over... but just really get in there and wash it with warm soapy water a few times until a dry paper towel wipes clean. All good.

Good price. Fits nice and snug on a Yamaha 4S mouthpiece with Yamaha ligature. Looks beautiful. Dresses out your sax when it is at rest and protects the reed and mouthpiece from damage. I tend to remove the reed after playing, but I tighten the ligature and use this cap to protect the mouthpiece while it is in the case.
