This part is made from high quality 3K carbon fiber with sulfate-free fiber glass backing. Bestem's own special formulated epoxy resin provides excellent flexibility and durability and will not change shape or crack under road use. Bestem also uses a UVC topcoat layer to protect the carbon fiber from fading, as it is a problem with cheaper polyester or vinyl carbon fiber on the market today. To ensure the best possible fit onto your motorcycle, this part was created from a casting of the original OEM part and Bestem has test-installed all of these final products before they are ready for market. Bestem has been in the motorcycling industry for over 6 years and has grown to be one of the largest carbon fiber manufactures and distributors in the USA. Don’t be fooled by the picture. It is not a 2x2 pattern weave like the photo. It’s the old school 1x1 weave. I have to return it since it won’t match any of my other carbon fiber.If you’re ok with 1x1, it’s a very well make carbon piece. Solid product.

Idk where to begin.....The "male" snap plugs were too big, I had to use a razor to shave them down to size. The other "female" snaps didn't line up at all! I used pliers to break them off. The screw holes didn't line up, I was forced to use a larger screw bit to open the holes so I could screw them down. After all that.....there's still a small gap between the fairing and this "OEM" part. What a joke! 0 star rating.

Amazing look, love the product. Only reason i put 4 stars is I had to modify it a little to line up with the mounting tabs and holes. Which is likely with any carbon fiber parts.
