My son loves this. He is 10. I have since bought it for gifts. SOmething new and different. I will put it away for a couple weeks and when I pull it out, it is like a whole new toy agian.

We got this for my 5 year old son, and it was a huge hit! He loves putting it on and trying to use it as a real hand. To my surprise, it also fits us big kids...(a.k.a. us adults).Now, it's not a toy that he uses all the time or every day, but when he "remembers" that he has it, he'll fish it out and play with it for a while.

I purchased this for 3 of my nephews as their Christmas gift. They didn't know about this toy. This was the first time they ever saw it or heard about it. I learned about it on a television show. Well, an hour or so after they opened it, I was the hit of the holiday gathering! They are ages 6 through 10. They all had so much fun with this toy! They wouldn't stop talking about it! They would like to have another hand now. This was an affordable and well received gift! I can't say anything about the durability yet.

It was in great condition in the box and perfect for a gift. One of my neighbor's sons has one of these and it works great.

Purchased this as a Christmas present for our 9 year old son here on amazon for a bit less than we'd found it in other stores (it was apx $30 elsewhere, here we found it for around $24) While the product seems durable, the fun wears off pretty quickly for the price tag. If it were priced around $15 or less, I'd be much more likely to recommend it.

My boy is 8 yr old but he is small.His thumb can't reach into all the way to the thumb hole(in the glove) so he has very hard time to move the plastic thumb.FYI, these long fingers are attached a glove with a thin string so when you move your fingers (in the glove), these huge plastic fingers move.If your boy has small hand, it wouldn't work very well...

My 8 year old son got this for Christmas 2011 and wanted to do a review.In his words: "I think everyone should have this big power hand, it's so cool because it makes your hand look bigger. I'm learning that it mimics your hand movements."The one downfall is that it hurts his fingers because it yanks on them. All in all he still loves the Big Power hand and does recommend it.
