This review is my experience with the CARBON KING cup holder used with the Drive Medical wheelchair, model K318DFA-ELR. This wheelchair is used very occasionally and one of those times is attending movies. My review will include our experience using the 32 ounce Loyalty Cup that we buy each year.There are only two possible places to connect this cup holder. I tried the back but the cup was tilted, with the back wheel too close to place in an upright position.The front arm is the only place it can be connected, and although the description boasts 360° rotation, if the piece you are connecting the cup holder to is at an angle, this will naturally cause the cup holder to be tilted. I have learned from past experience when the Loyalty Cup is tilted, it will spill liquid if filled to the top. Even though the theatre puts a tightly fitting lid on the cup, the liquid dribbles out from the “X” where you place the straw. My solution is to drink an inch or two of the liquid before placing the cup into the holder.When installing the cup holder connector I found it was challenging using the Allen wrench with the connector in the correct position so I turned it around so I could easily tighten down the bolts, then when it was almost tightened I twisted it around so I only had to work with the Allen wrench in the awkward position for a couple more turns on each bolt.Four bolts were included, plus an Allen wrench. There is a rubber gasket to place between the wheelchair I presume to protect the finish but I was unable to screw the connector together using the rubber gasket so I didn’t use it. It doesn’t seem to matter if the rubber gasket is there once tightened down, the cup holder stays in place.Once the cup holder connector is in place, slide on the cup holder. You might have to jiggle it a little to align with the gears. Then depress the lock at the top of the holder, this will keep the cup holder secured. In the same area at the bottom, press up on it to release the cup holder.EDIT: The Loyalty cup does fit, but unfortunately after several times pushing it in and taking it out the cup sustained a split/tear/rip right where the holder tabs are. So I can't recommend using the 32 ounce Loyalty cup with this holder more than one or two times.If you are using a cup that needs to be pushed firmly to get it into the holder, for sure it needs to have hard sides, and I would recommend holding the cup holder firmly as I don't think the knob will last with that kind of pressing.When I was trying the Loyalty cup I noticed that the holder tabs were actually pressing the cup inward, so this is going to push up on the liquid so it might be a good idea to test at home how much liquid your cup will hold so you know how much to drink before placing it in the cup holder.The other cup holder we have I have to screw it on and off each time I fold the wheelchair (including putting it in the car) so the thing I liked the best about this cup holder is I can install the connector piece, and connect or remove the cup holder as needed. That’s going to save time, especially when we’re in a hurry to get in and watch the previews.

This cup holder and phone holder has a cute message, implying the person using the walker is the pilot of their vessel. This did hook to the walker I tried it on, with no trouble. The problem was it didn’t fit the large android phone and it didn’t fit the oversized water bottle we were hoping to use. So, it didn’t work for us But it does fit a smaller phone depending on your phone case, and it does fit a standard water bottle. We moved it off the walker to a desk lamp to use for the phone and as a pen holder. It is sturdy enough and easy enough to install and uninstall. This may work for you depending on the size of your bottle and phone.

Great product for walkers. Allows carrying water or poweraide and a place to put phone or wallet.

I selected this cup holder for my mother's walker, as she is supposed to drink plenty of water throughout the day. She has a multi-pocket walker bag on the front of her walker, but keeps it loaded down with all sorts of "important stuff", so I decided her water bottle needed a place of its own.This cup holder comes with 2 sets of screws of different lengths, and a rubber strip to place between the bracket and your walker/wheelchair post to protect the finish. Unfortunately, the screws were not long enough to accommodate the rubber strip and still fit around the post on the walker. Once I gave up trying to include the rubber strip, the bracket was easy to attach. There is no slippage, even without the rubber strip.The bracket has a post to allow the cup holder to be clipped on and off. A bit of dexterity is needed to slip your fingers behind the cup holder and open the clip, so it should be considered a semi-permanent attachment for those who don't have nimble fingers.The cup holder is sturdy, and the inside springs hold a water bottle securely. The outside cover is cheap looking and poorly stitched, but the functionality of the cup holder itself is very good.

The 3-in-1 cup holder is okay. Frankly, it's disappointing for the price point of $23. The "luxury leather" sleeve is completely BS. It's like a playable plastic material that makes the whole thing look cheap. For those two reasons, I deducted 2 stars, for a 3 star rating. If you don't care about looks or price, it's great! It is sturdy, will hold your phone and bottle very snugly over bumps and such.
