Installed on a 2013 Yamaha R1. The bracket is made of plastic; to me that doesn't matter that much as long as the exhaust system melts it. What matters to me is where it mounts to....aesthetics. I received my kit on time; no complaints there!. The only drawback is that the pre-drilled holes did not match the original tail section mounting point. In fact, the instructions are so ambiguous that you start thinking of having to drill holes through the bike's fender in order to mount this. I had to take out my dremel and resize the holes. I had to use my heat gun to melt this thing so that after installing it on the original mounting spot it wouldn't look weird. It is mounted on the bike but I am really not satisfied with how it looks.

It is made of plastic, I have doubts as to it holding up to a catalytic converter and the heat from the mufflers
