Step 1: Applying
Remove lose droppings, then soak area with Dissolve-It MAX. Let sit for 20+ minutes.

Step 2: Cleaning
Scrub and remove ALL bird contaminants. Dropping staining & corrosion will stay, this is normal.

Step 3: Water Rinse
After pre-treatment, rinse with plenty of water to remove all chemicals. Wipe down with dried cloth.

Step 4: Sanitizing
Mist spray light mixture of dilute bleach, 10/30% bleach to water ratio. Then let dry.

Step 5: Application
The site is ready! You've eliminated the pheromones left by the bird, and now ready to install!

Product as shipped is not usable with the bird wire. No way to attach the bird wire to the base. The package included the screws and nuts to attach the post that the bird wire sits on, but no post. waste of my money.

The screws that come with the daddi long legs are only long enough to attach it to the included base. The sandbag needs longer screws and does not come with them. I am scrambling to find where to get them

Great product. I bought the spider wires a year ago and mounted them on plywood. Bad move on my part as the wind caught it and blew it half way across the lake.The Sand Bags are worth it.........in all, the Seagulls stay WAY away and will not touch my boat lift cover anymore.....I HIGHLY recommend this product with the sand bag base.Tom W.Three Rivers, Mighigan

The opening to put sand in is too small. I used a funnel and it helps, but still too small making filling sand a slow process.

Definitely keeps the flying visitors off my center console boat. One downside is that I’ve already lost one of the plastic caps that sits at the end of each wire.

Purchased this product to hold the Daddi Long Legs in place on our raft and it really works well. We have a lot of weekend boat chop on the lake, and we have had several heavy storms and the bag has stayed in place and kept the Daddi Long Legs from shifting around on the raft. Very effective product.

I was tired of the seagull's using my boat as a perch to observe the harbor and for their personal bathroom. I put this on the radar cover and it solved the problem. It is easy to install and remove when boat is in use. Also doesn't take much room to store. I highly recommend.
