This punching bag and bar are easy to set up, and took us about 10 minutes to get it set up, and another 5 to get the base filled up. Set up consists of sliding the poles into each other and twisting on connectors. The quality of the punching pole is good, but I don't know how long it's built to last. The base is plastic, which makes me nervous about durability. The gloves that came with it are very small, and would likely fit a 10-13 year old best. All parts were included, and the punching bag does hold the air nicely.At about $75, this feels overpriced. It's something fun to add to my son's work out space, but the value for what you get is simply not there.

Easy to assemble, not very tall, for a 6.0 foot adult; It won't work, it's a little fragile, the bar doesn't turn well enough, you have to grease it or something. I don't expect it to last long. (You get what you pay for)Update: The plastic base broke after 20 days, water overflowed. It won't work anymore.

Muy decepcionado, no lo usamos ni 1 ves, al armarlo nos dimos cuenta que es para uso recreativo y para niños pequeños porque al armarlo la base ya estaba rota y al llenarlo de agua se salió toda y usamos arena pero el poste no tenía firmesa ni cumplía con su función para nada
