I finally have a place for the remote controls, a few batteries, and a pair of headphones. They've been an eyesore sitting on the coffee table for some time so I'm glad the clutter is gone. The caddy is a nice sturdy material with enough pockets for everything I need to hide away, and I like that there are pockets for smaller items like my remote controls and phones, and the larger pockets fit a pair of headphones. There's also another pocket that could fit some magazines but I'm just storing some chargers and batteries in there.The section that hangs on the inside is nice and long so there's no worry of the caddy coming loose and falling lower. It feels well made and I believe it's also waterproof. I'm happy with it.
